​I'm architect and project manager with over 20+ years wide-ranging breadth and depth of experience and best practice in the construction management industry in Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.

My core competencies include program and project management, commercial and cost aspects of real estate projects, control and coordination,  design management, procurement, tender and subsequent contract & variation order management, contractual procedures of the projects, construction management and site supervision throughout the project life cycIe.

I'm a native Turkish speaker, fluent in English and Russian, and with skills of ‘’diversion, inclusion, belonging and communication'' to able to build quick rapport with all levels of stakeholders.

I worked in leading global firms including RADISSON Hotel Group, HILL International, Drees & Sommer, ENKA, Mott MacDonald, AIG/Lincoln on Mixed-Use, Commercial, High-rise, Hotels, Shopping Malls, Office and Retail fit-outs throughout Russia, Turkey, and Kazakhstan under the following qualifications:  Design & Logistics Architect, Project Manager, Team Leader, Construction Manager, Design Manager, Project Controls & Contract Manager, Commercial Director, Fit-out Manager, Tenant Coordinator and Site Supervisor.
